TRX Plus 4 Week Training

Do you spend a fair amount of time working out, but aren't getting
the results you want? Have you ever wanted to train with a top
personal trainer but found the cost prohibitive? Well, now's your
opportunity to change all of that.
Revolution has rounded up some of the most highly regarded trainers
in Los Angeles and is offering a comprehensive, semi-private fitness
training series. What's so different about this program?
How about a specialized training plan that has YOUR goals and
abilities in mind and one that is fun and interactive too. Also,
you will be training with respected, well- known trainers who have
years of experience and tons of satisfied clients.
Our Training Program is limited to
6 people per session and based on a periodization schedule for 4
weeks, 2 days per week. We'll be focusing on Core
Stabilization, Strength, Power and Circuit Training using The TRX
system, BOSU, bands, weights and more. Periodization training is
so effective because each week the intensity of your training
increases to keep your body constantly changing. This means faster
and more notable results both functionally and aesthetically.
The
4 week
series is offered at the rate of
$40.00 per class X 8 = $320.00.
The reason we ask that you give a full 4 week commitment is to
ensure that you can come to each session. The importance of coming
to each session is crucial, because unlike most "group" classes,
this class will be very small and structured so that everybody can

I am pretty dedicated at working
out. However, after 2 two month sessions with Chris , I have learned
that I cannot do what he teaches on my own. I personally cannot
spend the cost of one-on-one training. The group training provides
all that private provides plus camaraderie, fun and motivation from
others. You will see results and grow stronger. I think it's is
amazing.

This is a fantastic way to
integrate some concentrated strength training intro my cardio/spin
routine. It's like having a full-on personal fitness trainer but at
a quarter the cost. The week-to-week progression of the exercises
keep things interesting; and the small group dynamic keeps me
motivated. As hard as it is to get up and do this two mornings a
week, I'm always bummed when the 8 weeks is over.

This small class size allows for personal motivation and instruction
even though you're working as a group. And, the instructor will even
modify the exercises to accommodate a sore knee to a stressed back -
so no one misses a beat. The classes start out focusing on core
strength and balance to slowly & safely wake up muscles you forgot
you had (a great compliment to spinning) and build with each session
to incorporate more exercises that increase strength and stamina. It
never gets boring. After just one 8-week session, I looked more
toned and leaner and felt stronger. And now after a repeat, I'm only
getting better!
