Dana McCaw
Dana has been teaching a variety of fitness formats for over 10 years, but her REAL passion is spinning fusion (combo classes that combine cardio and strength like REV 30/30)! Dana creates an all-terrain, high-energy and highly motivating spin ride using music (hip-hop, rock and underground mixes) to control the intensity and flow. Expect heavy interval training and goal oriented rides that are coached with a "personal best" approach--she will continually push you to improve your performance and form --on the bike and off.
Her strength training classes combine several disciplines including yoga, Pilates, Core Barre and HITT (high intensity interval training) to keep your body guessing!
