I have been Indo-Rowing since its inception here @ Revolution Fitness in 2004. It has truly changed my fitness level beyond my wildest expectations and has helped to alleviate a chronic neural condition. I absolutely love the amazing cardio & muscle work-out combined w/ the varied levels of intensity- every class is excitingly unique & challenging. The best aspect though is the great camaraderie & invigorating level of competitive support among our students. I’m stoked to be on the Indo-Row team!
