Chelsea’s eighteen years of ballet and modern training give her an inherent understanding of body kinetics which she passionately applies to her Pilates sessions. Having recently earned her BA in Dance at Loyola Marymount University, her interest in dance and movement led her to become certified in Pilates by 'Body Arts and Science International.'
Chelsea enjoys helping her clients not only strengthen and tone their muscles, but also acquire a better understanding of their own body so that they may move at maximum efficacy and functionally incorporate that knowledge into their daily lives.She feels grateful to have a part in helping clients stay healthy, prevent injury, tone their bodies, and discover the joy and balance that Pilates can bring to their lives.
