I am passionate about health and wellness and feel yoga is one of the best ways to understand, respect, and take care of your body. I take great joy in seeing my students grow; especially when they tell me how a class or their practice is positively affecting their bodies and their way of life. As an instructor, I am very committed to a safe, well-balanced practice that focuses primarily on the breath, proper alignment, and getting a good sweat. I want to share the peace, joy and health benefits I’ve gotten from yoga with everyone, and the best part is anyone can do it at any age!
