Tasha has been teaching for 10 years and believes that a spinning class is your time to decompress, have fun and work whatever is going on with you in your body, in your mind, in your heart...OUT. put it into the rhythm, into your pedal stroke, into your exhales...and leave it on the floor. we all have rhythm and your body wants to move to the beat, you just have to allow for it. Tasha intuitively guides you to work your edge, push your limits further, and to embrace your strength and your body's innate intelligence to heal itself. She wants you to allow yourself to feel better and clearer about where you are now, and to take the necessary steps to get where you want to go. She focuses on breath and "holding the space" for whatever your instinct is trying to tell you. As a music supervisor she is OBSESSED with music and it's ability to take you on a journey. so let's go!
