Noel discovered the world of spinning 10 years ago when looking for something to expand her fitness routine and something to compliment her yoga practice. Always seeking to learn in order to create balance in her life, she dove in with full force. Coming from a dance background, the mix of music and movement on the bike was created a perfect fit.
She has taught for over 7 years and has learned to incorporate her other passions yoga and pilates on the bike. Learning how these different fitness tools can work side by side with each other, has helped her to become stronger and grow. She taught and was on the bike throughout her pregnancy and attributes her cross training view of fitness to her quick return shortly there after.
She loves an interval class and will take you across all terrains and believes resistance is your best friend on the bike. You will hear a little Hip-hop Alternative and Classic Rock and most likely some Motown all wrapped into one sweet mix. She will keep you flowing the whole way through pushing you just enough to find your groove. There is something so wonderful about finding your place on the bike and making it your own.
She most recently acquired her Pilates certification through "the Method Pilates" and is available for Private and Duet Pilates sessions. Ask the front desk or visit the Pilates menu for more information.
