NEW CANCELLATION POLICY - You will no longer be charged for a cancellation simply because a class is sold out. Instead we have implemented a 3-hour cancellation policy across the board. This means that you will not be charged for a cancellation for any class, as long as you give us at least 3 hours notice. We must strictly enforce this policy since we will now be merging on-line sign-ups with phone and in person sign-ups. This new policy goes into effect when we launch our on-line system on August 15th.
NEW WAIT LIST POLICY - As some of you
know, our wait list people have been mercilessly forced to sit and wait for 5
minutes after class starts before we let them into the room. : )
Starting August 15th, we will no longer allow
the 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. As soon as class starts, spots
will be given up to those on the wait list. If you are on your way and
running late, please feel free to call us. If we are able to answer the phone
and you speak to us in person before class starts, we would be happy to hold
your spot for you! Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for messages left
to that regard since we will not be able to check the messages during the
transitions. And as a reminder, if you are on the wait list, your chances are
increased greatly by coming in to wait.
REMEMBER!!!
At this time, we have set the program up to allow 1/2 the class to sign up on
line and 1/2 to call in. When you try to sign up for a class online, if it
says...
"The maximum number of web signups for this class/event has been met.
To check availabilities, please
call Revolution Fitness - (310) 393-6399"
This does not mean the class is sold out. That just means the web
sign-ups are full. Call us to see if there is still space available.
If the class is actually sold out it will say so...
"The class/event you are trying to reserve is full.
To check availabilities, please call Revolution Fitness - (310) 393-6399."
You can feel free to call the day
before to add your name to the wait list on any sold out class.
UNLIMITED SERIES - We previously announced that we would no longer be able to sell the unlimited class packages. However, we realize that this negatively impacts some of our most loyal and dedicated clients and we truly want to find a way to make it work. We are trying our best to keep the unlimited series available and have decided to continue them for a 2 month trial period. After the program launches, we will be able to better see if we can make it work. It is important to know however, that if you are on an unlimited class series and you cancel within the 3-hour window or do not show up for the class you are signed up for, your credit card will be automatically charged for a single class. Also, unlimited series will not be available to purchase online and must be purchased at Revolution. The monthly unlimited series is active from the first day of the month through the last day of the month only. We truly hope we can keep our very valuable clients happy by finding a way to make this work! We apologize for any concerns this has caused you and thank you for your understanding and patience!
