Does my package expire?
Yes. All regular packages have a one year expiration date. All flash sale deals and specials will specify at time of sale their expiration date. If you have classes left on a REGULAR series package that expires you can purchase a REACTIVATION single class for $25. This will reactivate your expired package for another year, while also adding an additional class to your account.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any time 3 hours before a class without being charged. If you cancel after that 3 hour window you will be charged a late cancel fee of $25 if you are on the $99 New Student Intro or will be charged a class on your series.
What is your no show policy?
If you schedule a class and don’t show up, you will be charged $25 if you are on the $99 New Student Intro, or will lose a class from your package.
What is your Pilates policy?
You must sign up at least 3 hours before a class. If a Pilates reformer class has no one signed up 3 hours or less prior to class, it will be canceled. All Pilates reformer classes and Pilates private sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
What is your return policy on class packages?

Are there any discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts to full-time students; pre-school, elementary, high-school and college teachers; police; firefighters; military discounts with valid ID; and KPRW card holders.
Can I share my package?
Yes, you can share your package with family members only.
Can I use my package to book multiple bikes?
Yes, you can reserve more than one spot in a class under your account.
Do I need special spin shoes?
Our bikes accommodate SPD and LOOK clips. Don’t have your own pair of spin shoes? Not a problem, we offer rentals for $3. We also offer cages that can be clipped onto your bike so you can ride in any pair of athletic shoes.
