Spin Class

Spinning

Get the perfect dose of cardio and strength! Hop on a specially-designed stationary bike that mimics a ride outside, rain or shine! Saddle up and clip into our 50-minute inspiring journey, pedaling along to high energy music as the instructor guides you through hills, sprints and jumps.

 
30/30 Combo Class

30/30 Spinning combo

30 minutes of spin, 30 minutes of stretch yoga, core barre or strength training. You get interval training, strength, and flexibility in one. These are the perfect combo class, torching calories complemented with regeneration. Please note: This class only has 9 spaces so reserve your spot!

 

Strength training

We combine cardio AND strength to bring your body results. Our resistance circuit-training builds stamina, strengthens bones and prevents injury. If you’re a “cardio-junkie”, exceed goals and torch more calories in your spin class...why? You’re STRONGER! Science proves that the best training incorporates both cardio and strength exercises, longevity is the key!

This interval-style class mixes work on the Jump Board and the Yoga Wall. You’ll focus on lengthening your body, stretching, building lean muscle and perfecting posture in this full body, core-centric workout.This class is a fast paced and great for anyone active or wanting to stay active.

Experience the fusion of strength, flexibility, and balance with this dynamic 50-minute flow series. Regular yoga practice can help reduce your risk of injury and prevent muscular imbalances associated with over training. Bonus: Yoga enhances your sport performance, improve posture/alignment, and perfect your spin form with yoga. Yogi virgins welcome!

 

kinstretch

Kinstretch is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility, and USABLE ranges of motion. Unlike traditional stretch classes or yoga, this science-based system prepares the body to safely acquire new joint ranges of motion while training control in the new ranges. Control is the key to improved function and injury prevention.
