Giovanna Andolina



Giovanna is a Pilates Instructor as well as a professional dancer and choreographer.  She began studying Pilates in college as part of the dance program curriculum.  As a dancer, she  noticed vast improvement in alignment, strength, and efficiency of movement which she could only attribute to Pilates.  Different styles of dance require different techniques, yet all share a foundation in alignment, posture, flexibility, strength, and core which is directly improved by Pilates!

Giovanna is certified in STOTT Pilates Mat and Reformer as well as TRX, suspension training.  She also holds a B.F.A in Dance from The Ohio State University.

Giovanna absolutely loves sharing Pilates with others because she loves helping others feel their best, improve their well being, and achieve their personal goals.
